Portofino's is my new favorite Italian restaurants... hands down. Every dish is unique and wonderful. The atmosphere is very nice for a date night or family gathering. And the staff is just wonderful. Some of the nicest people ever. This restaurant has it going on and it definitely has my recommendations!

One of the best Italian restaurants in Greenville! Food and service was amazing! We did have to wait a while to be seated, it was incredibly busy the night after Valentines Day. Staff was very friendly.

Finally tried this amazing restaurant out, I highly recommend checking in online before you head over there, we did and only had to wait 10 mins to get in. This place was packed and good reason, the food was amazing! Didn’t realize they brought out complimentary salad and these amazing rolls! We couldn’t get over how delicious they were, we got the mozzarella stick and fried ravioli for a starter, and I ordered vegetable lasagna and hubby got Alfredo and mushrooms pasta. It was all great, I’m leaving room for dessert next time!

We love Portofino's so much we had them cater our wedding - and we have nothing but amazing things to say about the experience! I worked closely with Brett to place our order for about 85 guests, and from the very beginning of our interactions he was extremely helpful and informative. He ensured our order was accurate, and even called at the beginning of the week to ensure he had all the details correct. The food was absolutely delicious – our guests were extremely satisfied and amazed at the quality of the food! I even had someone tell me the meatballs we had as appetizers were better than the meatballs their Italian grandmother used to make! Over the course of planning the menu we were able to have many date nights to try dishes we might want to include – and it was so hard to pick favorites! To this day, our top picks will always be the Basil Scarpariello and the Eggplant Parmesan. Do yourself a favor and hit up this amazing restaurant – you will have a full, happy belly, and just know the staff is kind and amazing. Thanks Portofino's for making our wedding delicious!

My wife and I moved away from Greenville years ago. We take every opportunity we are in town for the evening to eat here. The yeast rolls in butter and garlic are sinful. The salad is awesome. I have yet to order any thing that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy.

So welcoming and cozy in atmosphere. The owner comes to every table to thank and ensure customers were happy and satisfied. I watched this happen as I enjoyed my meal, and he did visit our table as well. Food is delicious. The garlic rolls and salad have not changed over the years. So AUTHENTIC and old-world Italian. One of the great gems in Greenville to dine. Delightful experience. Definitely recommended for a second date, special celebration, or just because you're not cooking tonight.

For my very first time going my experience was very good, the hosts were very accommodating, our server was friendly and answered our questions very well. Food was delicious especially the salad, wasn’t expecting the chick peas though lol. But overall I’d definitely recommend it.

Been dining here since originated from East North St. Michael is a true gem. We sure miss Judy. The service here is impeccable. Always amazingly quick friendly environment with a smile. We always have an amazing time with family and friends. The food is deliciously prepared. Always amazingly great time.
